I need an overview of an entire supply chain. Can ABC Analyzer help me?
ABC Analyzer is excellent in visualising distinct parts of the supply chain. But the focus of the ABC analysis is concentrated on items, customers or suppliers isolated. Their mutual relationships are not visualized within ABC Analyzer, but rely on the analyst's skills and knowledge. The key figures, though, can easily be identified in ABC Analyzer.

I need an overview of a smaller section of a supply chain. Can I use ABC Analyzer?
ABC Analyzer has excellent search and filtering functionality, allowing you to focus on specific parts of your stock or portfolios. Furthermore, ABC Analyzer allows for easy export to Excel for further analysis.

How to identify and resolve problems in ABC Analyzer?
No software is flawless. ABC Analyzer is no exception. If you experience any difficulties and/or anomalies, please send us an e-mail with a description of the problem. Should ABC Analyzer crash, please send us the debug report. This will enable us to solve the issue more sufficiently. You are more than welcome to elaborate on the error by adding a description.

I'm having difficulties updating ABC Analyzer - what is wrong?
This is often due to the lack of internet connection. Please see the above question and faq_answer. If this is not the case, the problem is often that several versions of ABC Analyzer are running while the update is being performed. In order for the update to be successful, close all instances of ABC Analyzer and retry.

How complex data is ABC Analyzer able to handle?
ABC Analyzer is built to analyse a flat data file. This means that relations between different tables or sheets aren't supported. For obvious reasons, the size of the data is limited to the size of your PC. The larger PC, the larger data you'll be able to analyse. There is no built-in maximum for the number of cells. You are only limited by the amount of RAM in your PC.
