What is covered by support?
ABC Softwork provides Support and Maintenance Services for any release of the software up to 12 months after the date that ABC Software releases the next release, which includes all updates and upgrades to the software.
Technical support covers
- Technical issues during download and installatiion of the software
- Possible problems or bugs
- All major, minor and patch releases
Analytical support covers
Only Premium users are entitled to Analytical support
- Data specification
- Data import
- Creating .abcx-files
- Building analytical models
- Tips and tricks analyzing your data
Maintenance
customers who have an active ABC License receives access to all updates and patches. ABC Softwork encourages customers to apply new releases to obtain the latest features and bug fixes.
